Here you can download all the content used within this Use Case. Simply extract the zipped download containing two spreadsheets and two models. Start by uploading the PCH model PIE file to a dedicated folder in 'My content' within your Pyramid Environment, as shown in the recording below.

Make sure you repeat the process for the second PCH Self Check Activities data model included in the folder.
