Welcome to this functional course covering the Model module. Model underpins much of Pyramid’s functionality, allowing for datasets to be imported and data sources to power visualizations and outputs. If you are using the 2023 version of Pyramid, there are new features that are not covered in this course. Here you can access feature videos that highlight key new enhancements included in the Pyramid 2023 release.
This training is based on Pyramid 2020.20. In order to recreate the examples demonstrated, make sure to download and install the example data located here. This link also includes two downloadable PDF documents with information on how to install or update your Python environment, which you will need to access on walkthrough 2.
You will also need to make sure you have the most up to date Pandas package on your Python environment. You can find out how to do this here.
Please adjust your screen zoom setting when you open a walkthrough to see it in full screen mode.
