This course (for 2020 version only) focuses on the ‘Viewer’ user type. As a business user, you will learn how to access Pyramid content (Discover reports, dashboards and publications) and use the self-service and augmented analytics features to understand your data and make decisions. This course also provides Viewer users with skills and knowledge on how to build their own reports. The learning objectives for this course include:
- How to get started and access different content using the Content Management System
- How to use self-service functionality, context menus and subscriptions
- Building reports using ‘Analyse Further’
- Using Smart Insights, Chat Bot and Explain functionality
