Below is a list of all courses useful for an Administrator of a Pyramid environment. Please note, in order to gain the most value from the training, we recommend you follow the setup and configuration options detailed here. This involves downloading the current set of data models and objects for use in your Pyramid environment.
Getting started with Pyramid 2023
(Approx. 30min) This introductory training content provides an overview of the Pyramid Decision intelligence platform through the lens of the various license types you can access Pyramid by; Viewer, Analyst & Professional.
Each license type provides users with different levels of capability, ranging from self-service features for viewing Dashboards, to Building models and visualisations.
Administrator (2023)

The Admin Console is the main, graphical interface for administrators managing each installed instance of the Pyramid platform. It is accessible to any Professional user designated either an Enterprise or Domain admin. This course will be relevant to Admin users on any 2023 version, and will provide a general overview of the Admin console and guidelines for managing the Pyramid platform.
